"The DOL Perm rule, at 20 CFR 656.32 provides for the revocation of approved labor certifications by DOL if a subsequent finding is made that the certification was not justified. In such instances, DOL provides notice to the employer in the form of a Notice of Intent to Revoke an approved labor certification that contains a detailed statement of the grounds for the revocation and the time period allowed for the employer's rebuttal. The employer may submit evidence in rebuttal within 30 days of receipt of the notice. If rebuttal evidence is not filed by the employer, the Notice of Intent to Revoke becomes the final decision of the Secretary. If the employer files rebuttal evidence and DOL determines the certification should nonetheless be revoked, the employer may file an appeal under 20 CFR 656.26 within 30 days of the date of the adverse determination. If the labor certification is revoked, DOL will also send a copy of the notification to USCIS and the Department of State."

Were you witness to what happened in his home on that day?? If not, don't be judgemental....leave that to him and his wife and to family court. IV is not for "every good cause"...we are having very difficult time ourself...

Personally I do think if DREAM ACT is passed, it will be easier to voice another bill to be passed to allow legal working immigrants (EB-1, 2, 3) to get green cards. I said this based on logical reason----people from DREAM ACT are illegal immigrants, so if DREAM ACT is passed, illegals will be turned into legal immigrants. So by logical reasons, legal working immigrants gain legal entry to US for jobs or for schools before, they should get green cards by logical and reasoning approach because they have paid taxes and expensive international tuition fees for years to help the US economy before.
Also, since NOT all EB legal working immigrants have US advanced degrees in Science & Medicine, therefore, similarly by logical and reasoning approach, any US advanced degrees in Science & Medicine graduates should have a chance or path to get green cards or to start up companies in US to help the US economy better. More legal immigrants buy houses and set up companies in US, more jobs created and more prosperous the US economy will be

lets stop this rhetoric on repubs, what about bobby jindal, marco rubio & nick haley and plz don't give explanations to distort the reality, many in the republicans sincerely support legal immigration, tell me few good things dems did to legal immigrants, aint regan the one who gave amnesty to illegals in 80s, aint bush the one who tried more than once to pass CIR, who opposed h1b fee increase recently?

These are things beyond our control. Best not to get anyone's panties into a bunch over such news. If the GC is not possible, that is still OK. Move back to the country of origin and life will go on - thoug not as planned.
The last thing we should be doing is whine about our troubles.

Look at page 52. Page 53 explains, why USCIS is wasting visa numbers even though there is huge demand for the same.
The 7% country limit does not exist for the last quarter. But it does exist during the first 3 quarters. Since USCIS is moving the PD drastically only in the last quarter, they are unable to process all the applications in the last quarter resulting in wastage of EB visas.
Where did you get this number 80,000 FB numbers given to EB immigrants? Please show me the source !

^^This is not gonna happen... and even if it did....well I guess the companies will finally take notice when there are no new people to hire and fire and their bottom lines are hit with permanent hires for every small and odd project......guess what that they will do then....outsource more work to other countries......:)

I think most ppl who sent a letter to white house should have sent to IV as well. So a count of letter that IV received should give us a good idea of how many ppl sent letters out...
