I have talked to IV leadership and they have agreed to hold a rally in March 1st Week, if sufficient numbers indicate willingness to participate.

there is only one action item right now and it is on the forum.
the update and action needed prior to this was handled by state chapters, however everyone is now up to date with what needs to be done.
state chapters are voluntary but very effective in initiating grassroots approaches to our problems, they have also proved very effective with focussed actions recently. a state chapter is simply a local community that networks and offers support. so it really has many other advantages than just a question of updates.
anyway there is no fresh update currently.
I learned that the full committee meeting was scheduled for June 23rd (yesterday). Was it dropped or rescheduled?? Can you give that piece of information?

You need to submit a new education evaluation.
I had also received an RFE.
An acceptable evaluation must:
1) consider formal eduction only
2) state if collegiate eduction is post-secondary education (i.e did appicant complete the US equivalant high school before entering college)
3) provide detailed explanation of material provided
For EB2 degree.. even if your labor states only Masters degree is required you need to prove that minimum education required for master's degree is Bachelors degree and a minimum requirement for Bachelors degree is your 10 + 2 high school education. Please contact thedegreepeople.com (sheila), they helped me in getting my I-140 approved.

Actually the SU-30MKI beat both the F-15 and Euro fighter in training with the US and RAF, and is developed jointly by HAL.
Eurofighter has also invited India to partner in its development
India has so good grip on Russian & European Aviation technology (I got opportunity to be a part of MIG s and Jaguar upgrades for several versions in IAF &HAL).
In fact India is already involved into actual development & reselling of Russian MiG version air crafts to some third world countries after Russian collapse.
Inherently Russia always carry the base line fundamentals forward to newer technologies. By already having good expertise on those,
It perfectly makes sense from India's point of view to go with SU 30 and Euro fighters compared to F versions.
Immigration - It may not have any impact on immigration even if it is, what difference it makes after loosing so much of precious time in waiting already.

You think they will go thru thousands of applications and check the tracking number? Besides I don't think they keep the original mailing envelope. So I think asking us to keep the tracking number is just BS.

Here is my situation.
My current working company - EB2- August 2002 - 140 is under processing....
(receipt date for 140 is October 2007)
(thanks to labor backlog center :mad: got stuck in backlog center for 5 years)
With my friend's company - EB3 - April 2004 - 140 is under processing....
(receipt date for 140 is July 2007) 485, EAD, AP filed and got them also.
What all the options I have now? Which one will be better assuming both 140 gets approved.

Since your situation is aggravated, your wife can apply for F1 visa and come here. How you want to answer visa questions on DS-156 or date your marriage cert is upto you. But all said and done and whatever the morale police on this board have recommended is not really valid because you will be going through all of this and not these people who are giving other suggestions.
