FBI name check delays that have stalled benefit applications may soon be a thing of the past. We understand that the Executive branch will soon provide name check clearances within a prescribed amount of time. If the clearance is not completed within the designated timeframe, the benefit will be approved by USCIS while the FBI continues to work on the security process in parallel. The rationale to move tothis new process is not just better customer service for benefits applicants but also because it will enhance national security(our security demands that the bad guys be apprehended, not merely be denied immigration benefits). Hospitals will NOT provide medical insurance. They can provide financial assistance based on your income if you do qualify. Usually it is a payment plan after some discounts on the total cost of the care provided.
Secondly if you are looking for maternity coverage after getting pregnant the premiums are going to be high, and mostly the insurance companies deny coverage.
Thirdly i would check with your local medicaid office which on occasion do provide emergency maternity coverage even for legal immigrants in some states.
Medicaid, I believe I don't quality because of my pay.
I am looking for some payment options from Hospitals which take care from prenatal to Delivery. I have individual insurance but, that would not cover maternity insurance. In Texas you would not get individual insurance with maternity.
But I have learn't that when you have individual insurance would cover all complications of delivery, including new born baby, but not regular delivery charges.
I hope some one on this forum would have some good information which would be helpful to me.
Any one reading this post, please provide your suggestions or ideas. That would be really helpful.

If I file AC-21 Memo to USCIS and I got laid off from my previous job 14 days prior to 180days and started the new job 14 days prior to 180days and the petitioner employer will not revoke I-140, will that cause any issue?

We have applied for our AP renewal on 05/09 at NSC. I have noticed online status change to our I131s today with the following message. Is this a RFE? if so, what could be the RFE for AP? Your help and input appreciated.

I am glad to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I saw a welcome e-mail from USCIS today in the morning. Took 6 years to get the GC with a total stay of 10 years.

If I were a person of Latino origin, I will be very angry with folks who assume that all Latinos are illegals.

striking the iron when its hot.
But lets give the IV core and volunteers a few nights of good
sleep. They have all been working really hard and deserve this.
I am sure they have a strategic roadmap for us..
You know that's my point. do you really think we can't do nothing more?.....
we are highly sklilled smart and great immigrants creating the new America of the 21st century we can't just say, thats it lets wait.....
This country is about money, and we have the tremendous advantage that elections are coming, lets see the big picture.. why dont we jump to the next level from street protesters to work with one of the candidates or 2 or 3 , if they see money they will push our cause. Lets work on that now...
So those guys who attended the hearings or met with senators. what was the result? what did they accomplished? did they get the opportunity to participate with the senator or law maker in an action plan? or we just wasted that opportunity asking for autographs? please those guys post your comments.

I think he is just trying to scare you. There is no way he can sue your for his losses. Evey employer has an insurance against his employees in case there is any mistake by his employee this insurance covers it. He cannot prepare any case against him so just tell him to shut up and go to hell.

At least you have nine more fingers in your hand. But the poor keyboard / laptop has only one F5.
By the way, I work for a insurance company and we have customer service dept. Once one of our client called and said she is having some issues with our website. The customer service rep could not resolve the case so she conferenced me in. I asked the client to press F5 to refresh the browser. She said her browser was not refreshed even after pressing F5. After serveral minutes I realized that she was pressing F and then 5 seperately. The story continued with that client for several minutes and I accepted my defeat at the end.
Another time when I called the charter company for some cable issue, they asked what OS I have. I replied I have windows on my PC and they did not understand. So she asked "Do you have windows or PC?". I said "I have windows on my PC". I thought she is funny. But when I went to the charter site for cable connection registration, they had similar question in their website too. Then I realized, in US windows = OS from microsoft and PC= MAC.
Man u guys are faaaaaaaaaaaast!!!!
BTW, talking abt F5...I have lost the white ink on the F5 key..its all blank now.....seriously not kidding, and also some dead skin on my index finger.......cheeeeeeeers!!!

No. I am not anti-immigrant. I am anti-illegal immigrant. I know the AZ law very well coz I read it not like many who seem to listen to talk radio. Good opinions can be formed only with good knowledge and we don't need evryone to have an opinion. Most should only subscribe to an opinion otherwise there will only be infighting and no progress.
President Obama just lost a good chance to gain democratic majority in Nov. Now people are saying....why is the fed govt. not letting a state protect its citizens?
Also the fact that a lawsuit is brought against AZ shows that the real wider immigration issue is not to be touched.

After this it will have another round of hearing on June 23rd . Which is Full Commitee. Which will makr up bill and if passes there it will send to clerk for scheduling to debate on house floor.
Before it reaches to house we need to make sure we call CHC members and other lawmakers to educate them before bill on floor.

In a matter of minutes my indicator has gone to 3 reds. Am I missing something... ?!!!
Dont worry too much about the reds. Even I used to have a couple of greens.
But when I saw many people complaining about why IV is not pursuing piecemeal,
I explained them about the Hispanic caucus and CIR.....I started getting reds
because of that.
People often give red even for rational and logical postings here if the information is uncomfortable.
